FOR THE P&T ADMINISTRATION

  1. In 1959/60 Installed the first Microwave System between Lebanon and Syria: 2GHz 120CH Beirut / Damascus via two relay stations.

  2. Nationwide 300CH/960CH, 2GHz & 7GHz FDM Systems, for the Lebanese P&T (Total 35 stations FDM / installed during 1965-75).

  3. Open Wire Carrier System for the Lebanese, Syrian & Saudi P.T.T.‘s (over 100 Terminals / installed during 1960-65).

  4. 102 Terminals and 10 Repeaters 12CH carrier-on-cable equipment for P&T Lebanon (1970-72).

  5. Junction Cable Network of the city of Beirut - 15 routes, between the different exchanges - loaded and gas pressurized including supply of 600 kms junction cables (200 - 1000 pairs) (1971-72).

  6. The Computerized TELEX & DATA SWITCHING Center at Jdeideh (10650 Telex Circuits) including 20 Telex Sub-Exchanges (5400 line/235 TDM systems) including O&M Contract ended in 1996.

  7. Power Generating Plants with Automatic Switchgear and Paralleling System for the Telephone Exchanges of the Lebanese P&T (45 Stations 60 kVA / 40 Stations 135 kVA / 30 Stations 200 kVA).

  8. The DIGITAL MICROWAVE NETWORK (90 Stations 34 Mbit/s 2 GHz, 7 GHz, 8 GHz & 13 GHz) Nationwide replacing the Analog System including O&M Contract ended in 1995.

  9. The 300CH Space Diversity Microwave Link between Kionia (CYPRUS) and Ouyoun-Al-Siman (LEBANON), 260 kms over-the-sea space diversity, and from   Ouyoun-Al-Siman to the Jdeideh International Exchange, via relay at Rayfoun.   1. The AITO TV & FM Broadcasting Center for North Lebanon.

  2. The BURAIDA 2x10 kW MW Broadcasting Center for the Qassim - Saudi Arabia.

  3. Two complete Mobile Broadcasting Stations for the M.O.I (Saudi Arabia) each comprising 10 kW MW Transmitting Van, Studio Van, Power Station Trailer, and Antenna Mast.

  4. Studio Van for M.O.I. (Lebanon) with STL Program Link, and two Cinevans for the M.O.I. (Saudi Arabia).

  5. Studio Equipment for both M.O.I. in Lebanon and Saudi comprising Professional Recorders/Reproducers 16- Track / 8-Track / Single (over 100 units) 24CH Mixers, Etc.

  6. Pilgrimage Area Microwave Network in Saudi Arabia for the M.O.I.

  7. The Hamat 2x350 kW and Tell-Znoub 100 kW M.W. Broadcasting Centers (both destroyed during 1975/76 war).

  1. VHF/FM & UHF Radiotelephone Networks with Radio Operations & Control Centers for Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia, comprising hundreds of stations executed during 1971-76.

  2. Nationwide VHF & UHF Radiotelephone System for Baghdad and the other 17 Governorates in Iraq (1979-86).

    For the CIVIL DEFENSE (Over 200 Stations).

    For the FIRE BRIGADES  (34 Fixed / 600 Mobile Stations).

    For the TRAFFIC POLICE  (40 Fixed / 2500 Mobile Stations).

    For SPECIAL SECURITY FORCES (Classified).

    including Central Control Stations, Towers, Workshops, Etc.

  3. Encrypted Radio Communication Network for the Lebanese State Security  comprising 300 Radios (Fixed, Mobile , Portables & Repeaters) (1994-2000).

  4. Radio Network for the Lebanese Civil Defense comprising 550 Fixed, Repeater , Portable & Mobile Radios (2001-2002).

  5. Radio Network for the Beirut Fire Brigade comprising 105 Fixed, Repeater , Portable & Mobile Radios (2001).

  6. Fire Fighting Vehicles for the Civil Defense(2002) .

  7. Radio Network for the Lebanese Civil Defense comprising 350 Fixed, Repeater , Portable & Mobile Radios (2003-2005).

  8. Radio Equipment for the Lebanese Directorate of General Security (2003-2004).

  9. Encrypted Radio Equipment for the Lebanese Directorate of General Security (2004-2005).
